Clinceni, Tarlaua 21, Parcela 2189, Ilfov, identified by CUI 44172571, J23/2633/2021, reserves the right to make changes and updates to these terms and conditions, as well as to the offer, without prior notice and without specifying the reasons. We also reserve the right to correct any omissions or errors in display that may occur due to typographical errors, inaccuracies, or software product errors without prior notice. Please read the terms and conditions carefully each time you use this site. Continuing to use the site implies acceptance of the made modifications. All content on the website www.shoezy.shop  is the property of ALCRIS OLI INVEST CO SRL and is protected by copyright law. The use of any elements found on the site without the written consent of ALCRIS OLI INVEST CO SRL, even if these elements bear protection markings, entails the consequences provided by the applicable legislation. To place an online order, authentication is required in case there is a previously created account or by completing a form, and the user is obliged to provide accurate and correct information about themselves. Any user who has explicitly provided their email address on the website www.shoezy.shop v can choose to have it deleted from the contact@shoezy.shop database. To delete the information you have provided from the database, simply contact us and request this in a written request sent by email to the address contact@shoezy.shop. 3. DELIVERY

Delivery is made within 3-7 days. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout. 

How do I pay? Payment can be made online with a card through the Shopify Payments -  payment processor; a representative of ALCRIS OLI INVEST CO SRL will take care of all the details (proforma invoice, payment confirmation etc).

Our desire is for the products we offer to be in complete accordance with your needs.

According to Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding the legal framework for distance contracts, products can be returned within 14 calendar days from receiving the package: "Except where the professional has offered to collect the products themselves, the consumer returns the products or hands them over to the professional or an authorized person without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract to the professional in accordance with Article 11. The deadline is deemed to be met if the products are sent back by the consumer before the expiration of the 14-day period." The unilateral termination of the contract within the 14-day period applies only to individuals, as legal entities do not have this possibility.

The notification should be dated, signed, and sent by you via email to the address: contact@shoezy.shop.In the situation mentioned above, our customers can return the purchased product within the specified period without showing any signs of damage or wear. If the product shows signs of use and wear, according to Ordinance 34/2014, "The consumer is only responsible for the diminished value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products."

ALCRIS OLI INVEST CO SRL undertakes to refund the amounts received for the returned products to the customer within 14 calendar days from receiving the returned product, based on the return form or the notification sent by email to the aforementioned address, filled out by the customer. In the written notification, the details and bank account of the account holder are filled in. According to the law, the customer can withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement using any desired method: email, postal mail, verbal, etc.

The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the consumer in accordance with Ordinance 34/2014: "The consumer shall bear only the direct costs of returning the products." The refunded amount to the customer includes all the amounts received by the seller from the customer for that particular product, including the initial shipping costs if applicable. All returned products for which the full amount is refunded must be in perfect condition, without visible signs of use, and with the original warranty certificate.

According to the provision of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, "the end-user is only responsible for the diminished value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. The diminished value of the products should not be discouraging for the end-user to exercise their right of withdrawal." Therefore, if the consumer returns the product in a condition that diminishes its value, the merchant is allowed to deduct a part of the refunded amount from the customer.

The products should be returned to the address of our office at Strada Monumentul Eroilor 4C, Clinceni, Ilfov. 

You can choose a courier company and bear the shipping cost (by paying the shipping fee). Please DO NOT return the packages through Romanian Post.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and wrapped in a sheet, plastic film, or bag.

5. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

6. PRODUCT WARRANTY

The warranty provided does not affect the consumer rights stipulated by Law no. 449/2003 and Government Ordinance no. 21/1992.

Warranty conditions and rules:

The identification of defects, their nature, and causes is carried out by the seller's representative at the point of purchase.

The rectification of identified defects, the replacement of products for which repair is not possible, and the refund of the purchased products when repair or replacement measures are not possible (in the mentioned order) are carried out by the selling unit.

    The warranty becomes void in the following cases:

  • Incorrect, defective, or non-compliant use/installation of the product with the instructions for use/maintenance provided together with the product.
  • Abusive use, including changing the purpose of the product.
  • Unauthorized interventions.
  • Loss or damage of the warranty certificate. 
  • When requesting warranty remedies within the warranty period, the following documents must be presented:
  • The original warranty certificate.
  • The fiscal receipt, invoice, and receipt or payment order (if applicable), in copy.

The loss of the warranty certificate and purchase documents results in the loss of warranty.

  1. When requesting warranty coverage, the product must be presented together with all its accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging (not mandatory).

The rectification of defects, according to the warranty certificate and applicable legislation, is carried out within 15 days from their identification by the seller's representative.

The warranty is provided in accordance with Law no. 499/2003 on the sale of products and associated warranties, with subsequent amendments and additions, and Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, with subsequent amendments and additions.

7. Disputes

For any conflict that arises between ALCRIS OLI INVEST CO SRL and its customers, an amicable resolution will be sought. If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the court within whose territorial jurisdiction the headquarters of ALCRIS OLI INVEST CO SRL is located. The cost of transporting the products to ALCRIS OLI INVEST CO SRL will be borne by the customer. Exception to returns: products purchased by legal entities, products made on special order (which are not usually in the stock of ALCRIS OLI INVEST CO SRL), consumable products. If you encounter any problems related to an order that cannot be resolved through email or with the person you are communicating with, you can request additional conciliation at contact@shoezy.shop
